Costume/Make-up Planning

Performer - Beth

For my performer, I have decided to have her in two different costumes, one for the performance and one for the storyline. For the performance, I have decided to have her in a tight black dress, with black heels with quite messy hair. For her make-up, she did a dark smoky eye with a bright red lip. I thought this was best as it fits most closet with the original artist, Gin Wigmore, and I thought it would fit with the song.

For the Narrative shots, I have decided to have her in, all black again, in a leather jacket, a fitted top, jeans and either a pair of heels or boots of some sort. Her hair will still be quite messy as its going to be set outside, but her make-up will be more natural and less harsh.

Performer - Joe

For my guitarist, I imagined him to be quite dark looking person. For the costume, I have asked him to wear a black trench coat, dark jeans or leather trousers, black shoes (possibly boots) and a black fitted t-shirt. Because of how I'm lighting the shots, very darkly with a spotlight, I don't want the main attention to be on his face therefore he won't need any make-up. However, I have planned on doing a back tattoo so I'll need black face paint to do it. I have already done an initial design for the tattoo.
